Stolo Vineyard in Cambria is the coolest climate Syrah vineyard in the US, and part of our winery since 2017. In 2025, the one acre Alban clone block was picked November 3rd. It is dry-farmed with organic practices.
Bin fermented outdoors with wild yeast, we gravity drained once dry into five barrels, and racked and returned the wine after native malolactic fermentation on the new moon in May.
Alcohol 12.4%. Unfined/unfiltered, with minimal sulfites. The finest year of Syrah from here since 2018, with olallieberry pie, guava, sassafras, bresaola, and a bright mineral-rich lift. 147 cases bottled on July 23rd, 2026.
