This phenomenal new wine is the culmination of both cool climate sites I’ve made Syrah from in Delmore history. 60% Stolo and 40% Bassi, aged in two French oak barrels and one stainless steel cask, for a tiny but mighty release of 60 cases. Plums, lavender, bay leaf, wood-fired meats, and pepper of all persuasions. Possibly my most ethereal Syrah to date, thanks to the biodynamic and regenerative organic fruit from both farms. 12.5% alcohol, unfined, unfiltered.
